Refund policy

At Wristora.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be unused and returned in original packaging. Exchanges are only applicable for valid issues related to manufacturing defects or wrong item delivery.

Refunds are processed only in cases where replacement is unavailable.
